Workshop Activity
In the first session, we will think about the excessive waste in our food system. Sean will share practical methods for breaking down large amounts of veg into manageable pieces: chopping, blanching and freezing, using all possible parts of a plant, even parts we might think to throw away.
**As this session takes place in doors, please wear a mask unless you are exempt.
